Organic « Grog Aromatique »

• Supports the body's natural defences.
• Energising, helps to reduce temporary fatigue.
• Invigorating, brings vitality and dynamism.
• Helps to maintain physical and mental fitness.
• Contributes to digestive comfort and supports the metabolism.

• As an aromatic tea: in the bottom of a cup, mix 2 drops of this mixture with a spoonful of honey. Cover with not too hot water and mix well. The honey can be replaced by agave syrup. Other adaptations are possible: for example, you can add the juice of half a lemon.
• You can also dilute 2 drops in a teaspoon of vegetable oil (olive...) or in a small pot of neutral yoghurt.

Do this occasionally, two to three times a day. For a maximum of one week.
